Oceano Cleaning is looking for reliable, dependable, and motivated team members to join our team in South Delta.

Pay: Average total compensation around CA$28.00/hour (including base pay, driving top-ups, bonuses, and tips).

Hours: Flexible schedules available, including full-time weekday positions (90% Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) and part-time commercial evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older for commercial roles (19+ for lead roles)

Must live in or near South Delta

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for local travel

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Must be able to complete background check (PIC) and online training modules prior to start date

English required

Job Duties:

Residential and commercial cleaning services

Maintaining systematic cleaning standards and quality control

Transporting cleaning equipment and supplies between local job sites

Communicating effectively with team members and anchors

Daily maintenance and care of cleaning equipment

Operational hours vary by account (Residential: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri; Commercial: Evenings & Weekends).

Training modules are completed asynchronously prior to starting, followed by peer-led micro-shadowing with our Team Anchors on active jobs.
