Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems, supporting daily administrative operations, and assisting with general office tasks. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: 
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make necessary corrections.
Prepare and maintain records, files, and reports as required.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
Support team members with scheduling, document preparation, shipping orders and other office-related tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications: 
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related clerical role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems.
Proficiency in Google Calendar
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Local residents of Tsawwassen preferred.
