The Tsawwassen Business Improvement Association (TBIA) is a non-profit organization that represents and supports businesses located within the designated TBIA boundary in Tsawwassen. TBIA is funded through a business improvement levy collected by the City of Delta from eligible commercial properties within the boundary.
